Got back from NY Yesterday.
Great week. Great accommodation (on your colleagues` feedback form all sections noted `Exceeded Expectations").
One comment I made that would have improved the experience immeasurably for us - the venetian blinds left the room too bright from about 4am and screwed up our sleep - but when on
vacation in a city that never sleeps...
Anyway, we`ll be back to you - feel free to use us as a reference should you
ever have need to.

Great Location
Hi Guys! Just got back this morning and wanted to let you know we had a brilliant time and the apartments that you sorted out for us were really nice. We were worried about the building location but it is not far from deli shops and a short walk from shops on the Lower East Side and I would recommend it to anyone. The place was clean, the concierge was friendly and we had everything we needed in the apartment. Thanks for all your help in the build-up, it was much appreciated and I look forward to using UrbanStay (and recommending it to my friends) next time I go to NY. Thanks Ben

15:01 07/10/2004 Dear Urbanstay ....I would like to add I found the apartment very comfortable, well equipped, rates reasonable and ideally located. I am currently working on a project to send Bank of New York London Staff to New York on an exchange programme.
The programme will be starting in February of next year and will be submitting urbanstay details for approval with BNY management as accommodation agent.

Bright & Spacious
A short note to let you know how pleased we were with everything about the apartment on 50TH Street. It was spacious, bright and very well decorated, and lived up to and beyond our expectations.
For your information the staff at the concierge desk were extremely nice and more than helpful.
